Black & White is a blended Scotch whisky originally produced James Buchanan & Co Ltd in London. The blend contains a high portion of quality grain whisky and a smaller content of malt. It is a pale-gold appearing whisky with a citrusy note on the nose, along with sharp grain and biscuits aromas and a faint touch of peat.
On the palate, Black & White Whisky has notes of sugary dried fruit, young oak, vanilla, caramel and lemon. The finish is short, with a slight sweetness of honey.
Fun fact: The creator of Black & White whisky, James Buchanan, is said to have gotten the idea for the brand on his way home from a dog-show, inspiring the inclusion of the Scottie and Westie added as iconic symbols of the brand back in the 1890s.

The taste is slightly after sherry, ginger and seaweed. Thanks to the high content of malt whiskey and the use of oak barrels from sherry, it has a very intense depth.

The Hine XO Homage Cognac is a blend of more than 20 different eaux-de-vies from Grand Champagne vines and is thus classified as a Fine Cognac. The cognac is twice distilled in direct-fired Charentais pot stills and Hine always distills on the lees for added creaminess and complexity.
White flowers, stone fruit, and baked pears on the nose give way to a toffee raisin richness on the palate with waves of vanilla and baking spice echoing on the long honeyed finish.

William Lawson’s is a classic blended Scotch whisky with a sweet, medium-bodied flavour. Made with a high malt content, the blend was first produced by William Lawson in 1849.
Nose: Sweet spice and creamy barley malt. A touch of cocoa butter, dried peels and oak. Palate: Date and raisin, hints of walnut loaf, allspice and toasted oak. Finish: Toasted, malty finish.
