The recipe for BEEFEATER PINK GIN is similar to the one used to make Beefeater London Dry Gin. Desmond Payne, a master distillery, experimented with several versions until he opted for this pink variant of gin. Strawberry flavour is added only after distillation.
Aroma: aromatic earthy tones of berries with warm spicy juniper, sugar and floral elegance.
Taste: creamy vanilla with a generous dose of black pepper, which is gently surrounded by a soft strawberry.
Conclusion: clear juniper with a hint of citrus.

BEEFEATER GIN is a real London Dry Gin, which comes from the heart of London. It is made according to a 200-year-old recipe! The most experienced Master Distiller in the world, Desmond Payne, oversees the entire production process.
The name Beefeater originated from the visit of the Tuscan Grand Duke to England in 1669. He said that the "Tower of London" guards received large rations of beef from the court daily and that they could be called "Beefeaters".

A 10-year-old single malt from Aberlour, Aberlour 10 YO Forest Reserve was matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks before being finished in French Limousin oak casks.
