Teachers Highland Cream boasts a high peated malt content, one of the highest for Blended Scotch Whisky. At its heart is the smoky malt whisky from the famous Ardmore distillery, located in Scotland’s Highlands (famous for producing some of the world’s best Single Malt Whisky). In total, more than 25 different malt whiskies are combined in its recipe. Teachers are the oldest Scotch whisky brand, registered in 1884 and continues to be shipped around the world.

William Lawson’s is a classic blended Scotch whisky with a sweet, medium-bodied flavour. Made with a high malt content, the blend was first produced by William Lawson in 1849.

Singleton of Dufftown is a Scotch Single Malt whisky that comes from the Speyside region. It has a nice amber color with subtle reflections of jam color.
It matures most of the time in European oak barrels. It is then filled into bottles with 40% alcohol content.
Perfect for a variety of mixed drinks or cocktails. The bottle is in a very nice blue and white gift box.

Monkey Shoulder is a Scotch whiskey that is made to make the perfect whiskey cocktails. This is a unique blended whiskey blended from a variety of Speyside whiskey. She matured in ex-bourbon barrels for 6 to 12 years.
The name whiskey is associated with the work deformation (Monkey Shoulder) that suffered in the past as malthouse workers. The upper body was deformed by regularly shuffling the malt with wooden shovels. It is a tribute to all these workers who have laid the foundation for the glory of Scotch whiskey. Three metal monkeys sit on the "shoulder" of the bottle.

Macallan Triple Cask 12 Yrs Single Malt Scotch Whisky is part of the Triple Cask Matured offer; a series of simple malt whiskeys made in a triple combination of ageing in European and American barrels (European barrels, American sherry barrels and American bourbon barrels). This complex combination of oak barrels gives the whiskey an extremely smooth and delicate character, full of citrus fruits, vanilla and fresh oak.
Aroma: perfectly matched sweet tones of vanilla with oak wood and undertones of sweet baked apples.

Scottish single malt whiskey from the Islay region is characterised by massive peat smoke, which is typical for this part of the country. Lagavulin 16 years old offers a rich taste and dryness with a really interesting touch. Lagavulin is one of the most phenolic whiskeys in Islay.
Aroma: phenol, iodine, sweet pepper, sherry, creamy vanilla.
Taste: rich and well balanced. Concentrated malt is well balanced with sherry and fruity sweetness. Strong tones of peat and oak wood.

This whiskey comes from the Jack Daniel's Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee. It is made using pure cave water and a unique softening process that perfected Jack Daniel in 1866.
Tennessee whiskey is similar to bourbon, but is different in that it is filtered through a 3-metre layer of maple charcoal, creating a soft, slightly smoky character with cinnamon and wood tones. It is made from 80 % corn, 12 % rye and 8 % malt.
No added dye. We recommend serving in a variety of cocktails or pure with ice.

Aroma: Fragrant and expressive. Tones of oak, hot pepper, dried fruit and pastries. Berries, anise, hints of cedar and a touch of spices and citrus.
Taste: Flexible and balanced. Good caramels and hints of very sensitive smoke. Chocolate, hints of grass and a strong blow of malt.
Conclusion: Floral, oak, of good length, on a cloud of well-maintained smoke of mountain areas. Dried fruits, spices, honey.

A very special 2011 edition of the classic Johnnie Walker mix, Black Label. Johnnie Walker Double Black was originally produced for the retail travel market. It combines the rich malty taste of Black Label with a slightly more peat whiskey and barrels that burn more. The result is a pleasantly warm, smoky whiskey with the usual rich malt base of the Johnnie Walker brand, really very good.
Aroma: Gently smoky and almost healing for the nose, offers hints of vanilla, a little tar, a touch of barbecue sauce, citrus and malt.
Taste: Good consistency, very creamy with a wonderfully malty base. It offers a surprising level of peat smoke that works really well. Creamy sweetness, hints of fine wood smoke, salted butter, pudding and grains.
Conclusion: Good length with hints of malt, hard candies, black pepper and cold smoke.

Johnnie Walker Black Label is a luxury 12-year-old Scotch whiskey is the best-selling in its category. It has a beautiful amber color and a slightly peat scent. The taste is slightly after sherry, ginger and seaweed. Thanks to the high content of malt whiskey and the use of oak barrels from sherry, it has a very intense depth.

Johnnie Walker Red Label is the best-selling Scotch whiskey in the world. It is blended from over 35 malt and grain whiskeys from across Scotland. Jameson is produced at Middleton Distillery and is a classic Irish blended whiskey. The blend consists of the highest quality Pot Still and single grain whiskey. The releases were designed to pay homage to the workers at Glenmorangie distillery, and indeed, the label proudly states this dream was “crafted by the 16 men of Tain '' (Tain being the part of Scotland where the distillery is located).In making this whisky, Dr. Bill Lumsden, Glenmorangie’s Director of Whisky Creation, announced his lofty aim to “unquestionably make the most delicious whisky in the world, using age-old marrying techniques”. It is this marriage that the Accord’s title perhaps refers to – the accord reached between the American oak Bourbon barrels and the Oloroso sherry casks.
Aged for 12 years, with the sherry casks providing a finishing period, The Accord offers rich notes of raisins, toffee, plums, almonds, brown sugar, vanilla, creamy coffee, toffee apples, figs, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, leather, dark oak and earthy dunnage warehouse.

Great, beautifully wrapped Glenmorangie signet is distilled from malt with a high proportion of chocolate malt. Chocolate malt is heavily roasted malting barley. One part of this whiskey also matured in virgin oak barrels.
Aroma: Chocolate raisins, old-fashioned cocktail, cocoa. Peel.
Taste: Sweet, syrupy cinnamon, dries, lots of cocoa, oranges, lychees, malt.
Conclusion: It dries out and becomes pleasantly gummy and fruity.
